REIN is committed to providing valuable education for its members. Here are some of the education opportunities available throughout the year.

PHP Certification Classes

Professional Housing Provider (PHP) certification program is sponsored by the National Real Estate Investor's Association.  To become a successful real estate investor, it is essential to complete a well-rounded education.  Not only will it help you avoid costly mistakes in your real estate investing career, but the regular participation in our educational offerings will expose you to many experts, helping you build your personal team of contacts necessary for your success.

Live Training Events at the REIN Education Center

Classes are held at our REIN Education Center located at inside the shopping plaza at 2416 Music Valley Drive, Nashville, TN in space 151.

Homes Tours

The Homes Tours are a great opportunity to learn about rehabbing and renovating properties from other REIN members.  Held on a Saturday, a group of about 40 gather to tour 6 or 7 houses in all stages of construction - from totally trashed to ready-to-sell.  Info sheets are provided on each house, detailing the purchase price, rehab cost, contractors used and projected profit. Owners are on hand to explain their rehab project and answer any questions.  Space is limited, so sign up early. Please, no children on the tours. You must be a REIN member to put your rehab project on a tour.

Dearborn Education

Check out online education opportunities and great prices on real estate books!! Click on the RECampus graphic link below.  REIN is pleased to offer real estate courses to aid your investment career. We are offering these realtor courses so that you have access to the same educational opportunities and information as realtors.  There are a variety of titles to assist real estate professionals establish and maintain a successful practice.  Since these courses are online, you can take them at your own pace.  These courses are not offered for licensing credit.



To access these online courses, click on the REcampus graphic link above. You must “Register “ to access these courses. To do this -
• Select the “Register” option on the RECampus page
• Enter all required fields
• Make up a “userid and password”.
• You will use your “userid and password” on subsequent visits.

After you have “Registered” return to the RECampus page and select the “Real Estate” option which will give you “Professional Development”. Under “Professional Development”, you will see a list of all available courses. Select any courses and add them to your shopping cart. When you check out, these courses will be available on the RECampus page under “My Online Courses”. If you have any questions, select the “Support” option.
