1. Loans for new construction and rehabbers Q&A / Kent Secker, MidSouth Bank
Loans have been hard to get for new construction and remodeling even for experienced builders and REIN members.  Since the downturn and banks having to foreclose, how can you get a loan if you got caught and your credit is shot?  Kent is here to talk about how you can get back in the game and will do a question and answer at the end of his presentation.

2.  Low Cost Pest Control for Landlords / Bob Wiley
Bob is retired high school teacher and has been a landlord since 1972 with 21 apartments. He buys, refurbishes and holds multi-families of 4 apartments or more. Pest control can cost $600 + per apartment. Bob has found a cheap "no pesticide" method to deal with bugs that costs only $50 in supplies and leaves no poisons for children and pets.

3.  Speed Networking / Scott Nicodemus
Speed network with other real estate investors. Bring business cards and your badges!! Learn to connect with others on a personal level and in a quick format. Make the most of your time to meet people; grow your investing  by setting up lunches or going out for late supper or coffee after the meeting.

Genius Bar / Anje Dowler and Darbi Bolton

Got a question and need one on one time with someone who can answer that question?  This month the Genius Bar is staffed by Anje Dowler and Darbi Bolton, short sales specialists with Village Real Estate as well as rehabbers themselves!  You can ask general or advanced real estate questions such as pricing a flip, wholesaling, simultaneous closings or just their experiences as rehabbers.

Featured Presentation:

At REIN’s November 11th General Meeting learn how to Augment your Real Estate Investing Income with Note Buying

Featured Speaker Joe Varnadore began investing in his first property at the age of 19. He quickly learned the importance of using creative financing to make the deal

work. Since then, he has created and brokered more than $30 million in note transactions on residential and commercial properties.

As an author, speaker, and trainer for the past 25 years, he believes that there

has never been a greater opportunity for real estate investors to use nonperforming

notes to acquire properties and seller financing to cash out.

Joe will teach you at the REIN General Meeting November 11th:

How to make cash flow like a landlord without the hassles of being a landlord

How to use your IRA or 401k to make tax free- often double digit returns

Why note investors are making double digit return on investments right now

How to purchase notes without using any of your own money

Why Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD and FHA see the note business as a solution to the real estate crisis

How government mandates are driving the business

How to understand why Non-Performing Notes are the New REO

How you can profit while significantly helping people suffering from the mortgage meltdown

This will be a knowledge packed event and a preview of what you can expect to learn  the following Saturday when Note Professional Eddie Speed conducts an in depth Saturday class on the subject of Note Buying. Don’t miss out! Be there!

See you at the REIN General Meeting November 11th, 6:30 pm in the Martin Professional Development Center located at 2400 Fairfax Avenue Nashville TN 37212.
