Tony, a native of Decatur, Alabama, holds a B.S. in Sociology from Freed-Hardeman University (1982). With 25 years of experience as a pastor and two decades as a leadership development consultant, he has guided individuals and organizations toward growth. A former coach for Investor Creator and a seasoned real estate investor, Tony is also an author and trainer. He resides in Murfreesboro and Rugby, TN, with his wife, Kara J. Kemp, a leadership expert and national storyteller.
