Callie Loewen is a speech-language pathologist turned real estate investor based in Nashville, TN. Along with her business partners, she is a serial entrepreneur and co-owner of Southern Legacy Companies, LLC (a full-service real estate investment company), The Marcato Group, LLC (a women-owned and operated general contracting firm), various holding companies for residential and commercial real estate, and Chattanooga Beard Co. (an ecommerce hair and skincare business). When she’s not building and designing projects with her team, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Josh, traveling, reading and exploring new hobbies like running and golf.
