Lisa Carter has been a full-time real estate investor since 2020, focusing on buy-and-hold strategies. Her preference for brick structures in emerging markets in TN and FL. Lisa specializes in commercial and business brokerage. Lisa has completed over $5 million in real estate transactions and continues to focus on high-potential opportunities. She co-leads the REIN Ladies' Networking Lunch and serves on the REIN Board.
Sharon Conour is a creative private lender and seasoned real estate problem-solver. Known for crafting innovative deals such as options, subject-to (SubTo), and equity-sharing agreements, she excels in making deals happen where others see obstacles. With experience as a credit partner and a knack for uncovering unique solutions, Sharon is a go-to expert for structuring win-win opportunities in the real estate market. Sharon co-leads the REIN Creative Deal Structuring Focus Group and serves on the REIN Board.
Courtney McCoy has been a dedicated REIN member since 2016 and a former board member. His experience includes completing 16 flips, managing residential new builds, and owning rental properties in Nashville and St. Louis. Currently, Courtney is focused on two major Workforce Housing projects in Davidson County, reflecting his commitment to addressing housing needs while growing his real estate portfolio.
Loyd “Sam” Warf has over 30 years of experience in construction and real estate investing. After building more than 150 custom homes, he shifted to managing rental properties in middle Tennessee. Sam specializes in creative financing, property analysis, and asset protection, leveraging his construction background to add value to acquisitions. Notable successes include repositioning a 36-unit portfolio. Sam serves on the REIN Board, volunteers in the community, and focuses on quality, income-producing assets.
